You will be able to experience a unique dinner event by creating your own menu out of a variety of choices. Nonna Francesca's team will come into your home and begin the preparation several hours before. While the event, we will entertain your guests with a live cooking show with a 5-course dinner including two appetizers, a homemade pasta, the main course, and a dessert. This dinner menu is the perfect combination for your experience.

Nonna Francesca arrives with a suitcase stuffed with a ladle, pans, firstlings, and the historical family recipes book. This book is a manuscript where the secrets of the traditional cuisine are collected, a huge diary that, first her grandmother, then her mother, and now her, have upgraded with care. Three generations of homemade preparations, the consequence of a tradition that mixes scents like the ocean, citrus fruit, and the fresh Sicilian air. Our basket is full of delicacies and excellent products made in a sustainable way, that is why we choose local producers.

Nonna Francesca is a real Italian Nonna, now living in Miami, and makes up everything from scratch. Your guest will be gladly surprised with the fresh pasta which will be made an hour before in your kitchen.
The dessert is an important component of our menu because we also make it from starch from developing the ingredients to the final product. For example, we make the Ricotta Cheese (from milk) for our homemade Cannoli, and the Mascarpone (from the whipped cream) and the Lady Fingers for our signature tiramisu. Homemade means unique and this is the kind of experience we offer.

Nonna Francesca offers, not only fantastic cuisine but also a live show. For example, Branzino under the salty crust is one of the favorite Mediterranean dishes our clients love and Nonna Francesca fires it up in front of your guests before deboned it. Imagine the sound of Sicilian popular music while you and your friends watch us fill in the Cannoli. With Nonna Francesca, all of this is now possible.

We cater and deliver right to your door. You can order from a selection of our famous Lasagnas, freshly made Pasta Dishes, a variety of appetizers, and our delicious desserts. All dishes are made in the same way, from scratch, with sustainable ingredients, and the same love we put in every order and event. Dishes come in single portions or family trays for 4 and 8 people.
