Meet Your New Macaroni Kid North East Miami & Miami Beach Publisher

A Brief Introduction of Myself

By Caro Taratuty June 18, 2020

I am very excited to tell you a little bit about myself, but first of all, I want to wish you and your family health and safety above all during these difficult times. In many ways, it hasn’t been easy, for some even harder than for others, but I know most of us are ready to go back to our routines and to a social life that would look as close as possible to what we used to have.

My name is Carolina and my friends call me either “Caro” or “Rubia” (“Blonde”) for obvious reasons. Your former Publisher Francesca introduced me to Macaroni Kid and I loved it right away. So, as from now on, I am your new Macaroni Kid North East Miami and Miami Beach Publisher … nice to virtually meet you!

I was born in Argentina where I lived most of my life. At eleven I visited New York City for the first time, it was a very special occasion since I had to go through a delicate surgery. However, I had a wonderful experience, successful surgery included, which made me think that one day I was going to live in the Big Apple.

After graduating from college I grabbed a backpack and together with my best friend we traveled to South East Asia but although fascinating, still not my final destination. Back in Argentina while enjoying the corporate world I was offered to be transferred to NYC for a couple of years. Of course, that was music to my ears, something I had been waiting for so long. Finally, in 2003 I made it back to the City. What an amazing and life-changing experience that was!

NYC introduced me to Ralph. We reunited in 2006, but this time in Miami. We have four beautiful, full of energy kids. A seven-year-old and four-year-old triplets! Yes, we are very blessed and busy too! Never a dull moment. Therefore, as a mom of four young children, I am constantly looking for activities to keep them entertained and out of the house.

South Miami has so many family-friendly activities to offer almost every day. This could get a little overwhelming when searching for the right event to attend. However, I am one of those moms that do the research with a little anticipation, and my mom friends know it. I usually like to stay in my area or close by. So, without an effort one day, I became the source of family-friendly activities for not only us but our friends as well. For this reason, I happily decided to take over Macaroni Kid North East Miami and Miami Beach and be your go-to source of all that fun you are looking for!

Looking forward to meeting you soon enough at a community event, which I am sure we are all missing so much lately. Please, if you see me just say hi, and let's have a brief chat. In the meantime, take care and stay safe.
