We all know too well that planning a date night is easier said than done. But that doesn’t meant that spending some quality time with our partner is any less important.
To give you some inspiration for some child-free time together with your partner, here are 12 date ideas for busy parents. No matter what you like to do, our area has something for you at any time of the day, and it doesn't have to be ordinary or expensive:
- Catch the Sunset at Maurice Gibb Memorial Park - this little park on the bay is located next to the marina in Sunset Harbour in South Beach, offering stunning water front views to the west of the bay, the Miami shore and the boats going by.
- Kayak at Oleta River State Park - Florida’s largest urban park - and explore this spectacular natural oasis of hardwood hammocks and mangroves.
- Go to the beach - No matter what the time of year, the beach is an ideal place for a romantic date. Surfside’s public beach is quiet, clean and not as hectic as South Beach. Bring a couple towels and spend an hour or two relaxing by the water.

- Meet for a drink after work at Amara at Paraiso, sit outside and enjoy amazing views, especially at sunset.

- Unlike bars or restaurants, coffee dates can happen any time of day, it can be as short or long as you want (can) and you don’t need to dress up.
